Refunds

All services are non-refundable once completed. If you are unhappy, please contact us within 48 hours. We will redo the service first. If the issue cannot be resolved, a refund may be issued at our discretion.

5-Day Lash Guarantee

If you experience excessive lash loss within 5 days of your appointment, we will refill your lashes at no cost. Please contact us within the 5-day window to schedule your complimentary fill.

Cancellations / No Shows

Same-day cancellations and no call/no shows will be charged 100% of the service price (up to $100).

Same-Day Reschedules

Same-day reschedules are treated as cancellations and will incur the same fee.

Late Policy

If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will need to be rescheduled and a fee may apply.

If you arrive late, your service may be shortened. If we are booked back-to-back, there is a hard stop at your scheduled end time.
