At Lash Me Now, we are committed to providing exceptional service, protecting the integrity of your lashes, and respecting both your time and ours.

Please review our policies before booking your appointment.

Refunds

All services are non-refundable once completed. However, your satisfaction matters to us. If you are unhappy, please contact us within 48 hours. We will redo the service first. If the issue cannot be resolved, a credit will be available to you at the same value.

5-Day Lash Guarantee

If you experience excessive lash loss within 5 days of your appointment, we will refill your lashes at no cost. Please contact us within the 5-day window to schedule your complimentary fill.

Cancellations / No Shows

We kindly ask for at least 1 Day's notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Same-day cancellations and no call/no shows will be charged 100% of the service price (up to $100).

Same-Day Reschedules

Same-day reschedules are treated as same day cancellations and will incur the same fee.

Late Policy

We understand that things happen, however, If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will need to be rescheduled and a fee may apply.

If you arrive late, your service may be shortened. If we are booked back-to-back, there is a hard stop at your scheduled end time.
